When you sign in with Google, we receive the profile details shared by Google, including your name, email address and profile image. We also store the subscription and payment records needed to provide the service.
2. Payment processing
Stripe processes payments and receives the information needed to create and manage your subscription. Card details are handled by Stripe and do not pass through AgentQL servers.
3. Usage information
We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device details, request timestamps and the pages you visit so that we can keep the site secure and reliable.
4. Cookies and sessions
A session cookie keeps you signed in after Google authentication. Security and preference cookies may also be used to protect your account and remember essential settings.
5. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, verify subscriptions, process billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain account and billing records only as long as needed for the service, legal, tax and security purposes. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Deleting your account may require cancelling an active subscription first and may not remove records we are legally required to retain.
