1. Service

agentql.lol provides a web interface for learning about AgentQL, creating an account and subscribing to the Professional plan. The service is an independent marketing and subscription site.

2. Accounts

You sign in through Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for activity performed through your AgentQL account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Professional plan is offered at $99 USD per month unless a different price is displayed during checkout. Stripe processes the subscription and recurring charges. You may cancel from the billing page.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent your relationship with AgentQL or any third party.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided on an as-is basis and may be changed or interrupted while we maintain or improve it.

6. Third-party services

Google provides authentication and Stripe provides payment processing. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AgentQL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the site or inability to use it.
